Blissfield uses only high quality 3/8" x 0.028" steel tubing and 0.016" steel fin stock to provide our customers with the most robust oil coolers in the industry. 500psi WORKING PRESSURE!

Blissfield brazes oil coolers as large as 40" x 60" at over 1900 degrees Fahrenheit. Copper paste and powder are used to ensure tube to header and tube to fin joints.

Blissfield also utilizes their own manufactured Turbulators in each part. The Turbulators are placed in the tubes to help break up the laminar flow of the oil inside of the tubes thus allowing for a more uniform distribution of the temperature of the oil.Blissfield can optimize the size and geometry of the Turbulator to match the fluid flow and pressure drop requirements of each individual application.
