BMC Product Promotional Co-Op Program

PURPOSE

To assist distributors with the cost of programs designed to promote Blissfield and Dorin products.

Funds are accrued at a rate of 1% of the prior year's net purchases from Blissfield Manufacturing, and the expenses which qualify under the program guidelines are paid at a rate of 50%.

All programs submitted under the co-op fund must be approved by the Blissfield sales manager during the development stage and must meet the guidelines below.

Claims and detail must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date or activity. All claims for the current year must be submitted to Blissfield by January 15 of the following year. Claims filed beyond this date will not be considered.

All claims require approval by the Blissfield sales manager before submittal for payment.
